We apply world experience in the diagnosis of patency of the fallopian tubes:

Hysterosalpingo-foam sonography (HyFoSy)

Pathology of the fallopian tubes causes female infertility in 11-30% of cases. These pathologies occur as a result of pelvic infections undergoing infections, surgical interventions and endometriosis. That is why it is so important immediately after the exclusion of other factors of infertility to evaluate the patency of the fallopian tubes.
You know, What are we, Nadiya Odesa Clinic, We always strive to combine innovation, Quality and safety in all treatment of infertility, That is why we are happy to announce a new method of examination (HyFoSy). The Nadiya Odesa Clinic is the first clinic in Ukraine, that implements this procedure. By the level of efficiency Hyfosy is on the same step with metrosalpingography (the study of the fallopian tubes under the X-ray control) and diagnostic laparoscopy with chromohydrotubation.

Why Hyfosy?

  • Hyfosy is recognized in the whole world. In Europe and other developed countries of the world, this procedure is widely used with 2011 year and is the "first choice" method for diagnosis of tube factor infertility;
  • Hyfosy is painless.For the most part, patients indicate, that during the procedure there is no pronounced discomfort;
  • Hyfosy is fast.The procedure lasts 5-10 minutes and does not require preliminary preparation and does not involve stay in the hospital;
  • Hyfosy is accurate. The accuracy of the study can be compared with diagnostic laparoscopy data (ACOG, 2019);
  • Hyfosy is economically beneficial for a patient. The procedure costs several times less, than diagnostic laparoscopy;
  • Hyfosy is safe. Unlike metrosalpingography, During the procedure, the pelvic organs are not exposed to irradiation, That is, the ovaries do not have a negative impact on ionizing radiation;
  • Immediately after Hyfosy (In the same cycle!) can proceed to attempts conception!
