If after the removal of the intrauterine septum, the geometry of the uterine cavity is completely restored, the endometrium grows well, in place, where was the partition, there are no scar changes of the endometrium, then the chances of pregnancy are maximum, i.e. make up 75–80%.
To clarify all of the above, ultrasound is used, and endometrial biopsy and repeated hysteroscopy.
